150 Oklahoma Ave, Gahanna OH 43230   Playgrounds: The BEST part about this park is the storybook path that leads to a creek. There are two play equipment areas, one for older children and one for younger children.  There are a lot of different climbing things on the playground equipment. There is a garden area that can be explored. There is a scavenger hunt hidden on the playground. There are two shelter houses close to the playground. Storybook Trail:      My favorite thing about this park is the trail. The story on the trail is about a girl who is on her cellphone and is missing out on what is happening around her as she walks on a path through the woods. There are questions and activities on each page as you walk down the path. The path ends at the creek which you can, easily, wade in. Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068 Playgrounds:     This playground is aged for children 5-12 years, however, there is a smaller piece of equipment that younger children could utilize. There are baby swings but they are not close to the regular swings so if you have to push your older child, that is a little difficult when they are two different areas. There are two playground areas that have different climbing equipment.  Pros: near bathroom/changing table area 2 playgrounds  supervision of the whole playground Cons: baby swings not next to regular swings   2nd playground is for older children, has harder things to climb up to the slides Nature Paths:     My favorite thing about the Metro Parks is the walking paths. Blacklick does have the choice for you to choose how far you are willing to walk. There is a multipurpose trail for working out, walking, etc. as well The Buttonbush Trail will take you to the Nature Center, however, it has been closed due to COVID. If it reopens, it has activities

The Mom Experience:     It's the moment when your heart seems to swell when they tell you that you are pregnant. It's the moment when your baby is laid on your chest at the hospital. It's the moment when you adopt a baby and cry tears of joy. It's each milestone that you watch your child meet. It's every moment of every day, the good, the bad, the ugly, and the pure joy. It's not the easiest experience but it comes with the most rewards.
